・Tomburi Hiyayako　（Cold tofu with tomburi small size）
　The seeds, which the Japanese call "field caviar”, are imported from Japan.

・Maguro no marine (Marinated Tuna small size)
Yellowfin tuna sashimi dressed with 11 different spices.

・Roast Beef small size
　We use American rib-eye.

・Chawan-mushi　（Savoury egg custard）
The soup is made from natural ingredients without MSG and organic eggs.

・Mixed Tempura
　 Mix of Shrimp, Scallop, Carrots, French beans, squash, 　　 Singkamas.

・Shimeji dobin mushi (Shimeji mushroom and Japanese broth steamed in a teapot)
　The broth is made from natural ingredients without MSG. You can enjoy the richness and umami that are important in Japanese cuisine.

・Unajyu mini size　（Grilled eel with rice）
※Please consult with us for changes in size and toppings.
We only use safe live eels that have passed the strict planning process of the Japanese government for export. The food will be cooked just before your arrival.
It will take an hour to cook.

・　Beef Soba　（Cold soba with Thin slices of beef）
　※Toppings can be changed. 　　We use the highest quality buckwheat flour, carefully ground from pesticide-free buckwheat seeds grown in Hokkaido.
It is made just before your visit to maximize the flavor of the soba.

・Dessert　
　You can choose from Basque cheesecake or green tea pudding.
This comes with hot buckwheat tea.

※ Our Norwegian salmon is imported fresh and stored at an ultralow temperature of -60 degrees Celsius.

※ It is a carpaccio of sea bream marinated in kelp.

※ Carpaccio made from Norwegian salmon, with a decent amount of fatty layers.

※ Kamakura's roast beef uses US beef ribeye. It takes 4 hours to cook at low temperature.
